'Come Alive' - Moraine Meadow Sunset RMNP Colorado

JessicaDobbs and I waited at this spot for a couple hours, hoping for a scene to unfold.  The day had been unspectacular, as far as landscape photography goes.  The pending dusk had turned cloudy and we had little hope for a gorgeous sunset (in our minds).  However, as we were driving past this spot we noted that there was a break in the clouds nearer to the horizon.  As time passed the scene did, in fact start to unfold.  What happened was far more beautiful than we could have hoped for!  When I think of this moment in time, now like a dream, this song comes to mind...
